Arcsen, Gold Sponsor of Salesforce Innovation Day Riyadh 2025

We were a Gold Sponsor of Salesforce Innovation Day Riyadh, held on Wednesday 12 November 2025 at the Fairmont Riyadh in Business Gate, Qurtubah. It was a full day of real use cases and live demos across Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, Slack and Tableau. The day came nine months after Salesforce announced a USD 500 million investment in Saudi Arabia at LEAP 2025. What we saw: Saudi organizations are moving AI from pilots into production.

What the day covered

The programme ran from an opening keynote through panel discussions to an afternoon of product demonstrations and customer awards, and it brought the latest announcements from Dreamforce to Riyadh. Ibrahim Alseghayr, Managing Director of Salesforce Saudi Arabia, spoke in the opening keynote under the title “Welcome to the Agentic Enterprise”, the words Salesforce used in October when it launched Agentforce 360, which connects people, agents and data on one platform.

The live demos covered each part of that picture: Agentforce for the agents, Data Cloud for the data they draw on, MuleSoft for the systems around Salesforce, Slack for teams working alongside agents, and Tableau for analytics. Customers told their own stories too: leaders from Red Sea Global, Almosafer, Cenomi and SRMG were on the speaker list, and the main stage also showed global examples, such as PepsiCo as an agentic enterprise.

From pilot to production

A pilot shows that an agent can work. Production means it works every day, on live customer records, inside the systems your teams already use. We describe our role in three words: making AI and data safe, integrated and measurable. They are also the three tests a pilot has to pass before it goes live.

Safe: trusted data and clear limits

An agent answers from the records it can reach and sees what its user can see. Duplicate customers, stale cases and loose sharing rules turn into wrong answers, or answers a customer should never get. A service agent works from the cases and knowledge articles in Service Cloud, and a sales agent from the accounts and opportunities in Sales Cloud, so clean those records first, check permissions and decide which requests go to a person. Data Cloud, which Salesforce renamed Data 360 at Dreamforce, brings records from other systems into one profile so the agent sees the whole customer. Our free Salesforce Health Check shows where your org stands today.

Integrated: connect the systems the agent acts on

Pilots often run on sample data. In production, an agent has to check an order in the ERP, a booking in a reservation system or a payment in billing, and most of those systems sit outside Salesforce. MuleSoft connects them through managed APIs, so the agent works with live records and every connection is secured and monitored in one place. Plan those integrations before you build the agent.

Measurable: agree the numbers before launch

A pilot that cannot show results stays a pilot. Agree the measures with the business owner before you build, such as cases resolved without a handover, time to resolution or leads followed up on the same day. Tableau puts those numbers in front of leadership, and Slack brings agents into the channels where teams already work, so people see what an agent did and can step in. In the public sector, also keep a record of every conversation and its outcome, so any answer can be reviewed later.

Our role as Gold Sponsor

As a Gold Sponsor, we had the Arcsen booth at the Fairmont for the whole day. We work with Saudi organizations from our offices in Riyadh and Jeddah.
