Sitecore Partner in Qatar

Arcsen is a Sitecore partner in Qatar for organizations whose websites must work in Arabic and English on the busiest days of the year: government entities, universities and schools, and sport and events organizations. From our Doha office, we design, build and migrate SitecoreAI websites with accessibility built in and clean hand-offs to sign-in services. We plan around the dates you already know, and write pages that AI search can cite in both languages.

Sitecore partner Qatar

Six services, ready for the busiest days.

SitecoreAI implementation

New government, education and events sites on SitecoreAI, which Sitecore launched in November 2025 as the evolution of XM Cloud. One content model serves both languages, so a fixture, a deadline or a new service is entered once.

XP or XM to SitecoreAI migration

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs to the end of 2027, so plan the move while your version is supported. Arcsen Ascend is our route to SitecoreAI, in waves timed away from your peak season.

Arabic-first and RTL builds

Arabic and English get the same design attention: right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, and mixed-direction names of venues and programmes. Our guide to Arabic-first Sitecore sets out the checks.

Personalization and search

Page variants can target visitors by time, date, device, geography, visit, referrer or UTM, and point of sale, so an events site can lead with tickets before match day and travel information on the day. Our personalization guide covers the XP rebuild, and we tune search for both languages.

Content operations and AI-assisted authoring

AI drafts and translations follow the same workflow as human edits, and only items in a final state can be published. With Keep workflow state cleared, each AI translation starts in the initial state so a reviewer approves it before its deadline; see our Agentic Studio explainer.

AI search visibility and the Health Check

We write pages that AI assistants can quote in Arabic and English, from admissions rules to event FAQs, and our AI visibility service monitors how assistants answer your audiences’ questions. If you run Sitecore today, the free Sitecore Health Check reviews your current estate first.

Qatar

What Qatari websites must get right.

01

Arabic and English, published together

Government, education and events sites serve citizens, residents and visitors in both languages. Approve Arabic and English together, publish them in one release, and keep English fallback off Arabic pages. Put the official names of entities, programmes, venues and events in the brand kit’s Glossary and Localization section, so SitecoreAI handles them consistently in translation.

02

Peak days you can see coming

Events sites peak around ticket releases, match days and national celebrations such as National Day and National Sport Day, education sites around admissions and results, and government sites when a new service opens. Editors can schedule each version, and Sitecore notes that you must still publish the page or site when each date starts, so give every scheduled publish a named owner. Keep live tickets and results in their own systems, and link to them.

03

Accessibility to WCAG, tested in both languages

A 2016 ministry announcement records an eAccessibility Policy released in 2011 and an Access Certified award from Mada, the Qatar Assistive Technology Centre, for a government website that applied WCAG 2.0 AA. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology says its own site is built to comply with WCAG 2.0 and regularly assessed. Content that conforms to WCAG 2.1 also conforms to 2.0, as W3C states, so we build to WCAG 2.1 AA and test in Arabic and English.

04

Clean hand-offs to transactional services

Government e-services sign people in through the national authentication service, launched as Tawtheeq, which gives one username and password across government e-services, so the website’s job is the hand-off. Give each start button the service code and the language, and agree a bilingual holding message for when a service is down.

05

Answers AI search can cite

Parents, students, fans and residents ask AI assistants about admissions, tickets, fees and services in both languages, and the answers quote pages that state facts plainly. Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode: pages must be indexed and eligible for a snippet, with structured data that matches the visible text. State deadlines and fees in page text, with the date of the last review.

Regional proof

EgyptAir is rebuilding its digital front door with Arcsen.

EgyptAir, Egypt’s flag carrier flying to 93 destinations, is rebuilding its digital front door and passenger CRM with Arcsen. In October 2026, Sitecore announced that SitecoreAI will power the airline’s main website, country sites and app content, with the implementation expected to be led by Arcsen (read our announcement). The model, one platform for many audiences in two languages, fits Qatari government, education and events sites; where CRM is in scope too, see our Salesforce work in Qatar.

How we work

Five stages, run from Doha.

01

Sitecore Health Check

We start with the free Sitecore Health Check, which reviews your current estate before your next peak.

02

Discovery and design

Workshops in Doha or online, in Arabic and English, with content, service, events and IT owners. We map your fixed dates and agree the content model, approvals per language and e-service hand-offs.

03

Build and migrate

We build each component to AA and test it in Arabic and English as we go. XP and XM estates move in waves timed away from your peaks; see Arcsen Ascend and Sitecore Academy.

04

Launch

We go live outside your busiest weeks where we can, rehearse the publish, release both languages together and load-test the pages that peak.

05

Run and improve

After launch, we keep improving the site with you through each season of events, admissions and services. See Arcsen Exceed and Value Realization.

Questions we get

What Qatari buyers ask before they choose.

Do you have a Sitecore team in Qatar?

Yes, in Doha, alongside our Dubai headquarters and offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Cairo, with 170+ consultants and 400+ certifications across the company. Workshops and reviews run in Arabic and English.

What drives the cost of a Sitecore programme in Qatar?

Scope: sites, languages and components, hand-offs to ticketing, admissions, e-services, CRM and search, accessibility remediation, peak-day readiness and the content to move from XP. We price after a Health Check or discovery.

How long does a SitecoreAI build or migration take?

It depends on scope, content volume, approvals in each language and your calendar. We work back from your fixed dates, migrate in waves away from peaks and give a timeline after discovery.

When does support for Sitecore XP end?

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs until the end of 2027, with extended support until the end of 2030, and it released XP 10.5 in August 2026. Check your version, then plan the move against those dates and your events calendar.

Can SitecoreAI run Arabic and English sites to the same standard?

Yes, when the build plans for both. Each language is its own version with its own workflow and review, so approve them together, publish them in one release and keep English fallback off Arabic pages.
