Ten working days. Three use cases. One costed pilot plan. We assess whether your Salesforce org, data and people are ready for AI agents in Arabic and English, and show you exactly where to start. The report is yours to keep, whichever partner you choose.
What we assess
Eight areas. One clear starting point.
Use cases and value
Three agent use cases with the clearest value and the lowest risk, drawn from service, sales, field and back-office work, each sized for effort.
Data and knowledge
Whether the records, knowledge articles and documents an agent needs are complete, current and reachable, including Data 360 where you use it.
Permissions and sharing
Agents see what your users can see. We review profiles, permission sets and sharing rules so an agent cannot surface what it should not.
Trust and data residency
Where your data is stored, where AI processing runs, and what UAE and Saudi data protection law and your regulators allow.
Arabic and English
Which register your customers should hear, which names and terms must never be translated, and how native review fits before go-live.
Actions and integrations
The Flows, Apex, APIs and MuleSoft integrations an agent would call, and the guardrails and approvals each action needs.
Licences and cost
Flex Credits, per-conversation pricing or per-user add-ons: which model fits your volumes, and what a pilot will actually cost.
Operating model
Who owns each agent, who approves changes, how you test and monitor agents, and how your teams will work alongside them.
What you get
Five outputs, yours to keep.
Readiness scorecard
All eight areas rated red, amber or green, with the evidence behind each rating.
Use-case shortlist
Three agents described in plain language, with value, risk, data needs and effort.
Data residency map
Which data can go to which AI surface today, and the questions to put to Salesforce in writing.
Licence and cost model
The pricing model that fits your volumes, and a budget for the pilot.
90-day pilot plan
Scope, team, approvals and the measures that will prove the pilot worked.
How it works
Ten working days, start to finish.
Discover, days 1 to 3
Workshops with business owners, IT and compliance, plus read-only access to your org. Nothing in your org is changed.
Assess, days 4 to 8
We test permissions, data, knowledge and integrations against each candidate use case, and draft the residency map.
Decide, days 9 and 10
A live readout for leadership: scorecard, shortlist, costs and the 90-day plan. You decide what happens next.
What it takes
About six hours of your team’s time.
From your side
A business owner for each candidate use case, a Salesforce admin, and someone from compliance or data protection for the residency questions.
From ours
A senior Agentforce consultant who leads the assessment, a data and integration specialist, and an Arabic-speaking consultant for the language review.
Before we start
Read-only access or a recent sandbox, your current service and sales measures, and signed confidentiality terms.
Who it is for
Built for teams that want proof first.

You want faster answers for customers in Arabic and English, without putting their trust at risk.

FAQ
Before you ask.
Is it free?
Yes, for qualifying Salesforce customers in the GCC and Egypt. It is free and without obligation, and the report is yours to keep whichever partner you choose.
How is this different from the free Salesforce Health Check?
The Health Check scores your whole org across eight areas, with a first view of Agentforce readiness. The Readiness Assessment goes deep on agents: use cases, permissions, residency, Arabic, costs and a pilot plan.
Do we need Data 360 first?
No. Many first agents run on core CRM records and knowledge articles. We tell you where Data 360 would add value for your use cases, and where it would not.
Will you change anything in our org?
No. We work from workshops and read-only access. Nothing is built or changed during the assessment.
Does it cover Claude and Salesforce in Claude?
Yes. We assess which surfaces fit your teams, including Agentforce, Agentforce Coworker and Salesforce in Claude, and what each means for permissions and data residency. Our guide Claudeforce explained covers the background.
Do we need Agentforce licences first?
No. The assessment works on your current org. If we want to test an idea, Salesforce Foundations includes Agentforce Builder at no charge, and we can use a sandbox.
Does any of our data leave the country during the assessment?
No customer records are copied out of your org. We review configuration, metadata and samples with read-only access, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement, plus a data processing agreement where you need one, before we connect.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Around six hours in total: four short workshops and the readout. A Salesforce admin also needs to grant read-only access on day one.
Can the readout be in Arabic, and in person?
Yes. We deliver the readout in Arabic or English, remotely or in person in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha or Cairo.
We already have agents live. Is this for us?
It still helps if you plan more agents. If your priority is fixing agents already in production, tell us when you request the assessment and we will shape the scope around them.
What happens after the readout?
You keep everything. If you want help with the pilot, we propose a fixed-scope plan. If you choose another partner, the plan still works.
Start with the right agent.
