1Who we are

arcsen.com (the “website”) is operated by Groupe Arcsen FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCC) under licence number DMCC-785291 (registration number DMCC188272). Its registered office is at Unit 5445, Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “Arcsen”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Groupe Arcsen FZCO.

2Accepting these terms

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.

These terms apply to the website only. When we provide consulting, implementation or managed services, the engagement is governed by our Master Service Agreement or the contract signed with the client. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.

3Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation that applies to you or to us;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any system connected to it;
• introduce malware, or anything else designed to harm the website or its users;
• use automated tools to extract content or data (except search engines that follow our robots.txt file), or send traffic that degrades the website;
• use the website to send unsolicited marketing, or to impersonate any person or organization.

4Information on the website

The content on the website is general information about Arcsen and our services. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Get advice that fits your circumstances before you act on it.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Features, editions and availability of third-party platforms such as Salesforce and Sitecore are decided by their vendors and can change without notice.

5Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, code and the Arcsen name and logo, are owned by Arcsen or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download or print pages for your own reference, or for internal use within your organization, as long as you keep any copyright and trademark notices. Any other use, including republishing our content or using it to train machine learning or AI models, needs our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks, including those of our clients and technology partners, belong to their owners. Our Legal Disclaimer gives more detail.

6Information you send us

When you contact us, subscribe to updates or apply for a role, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential information through website forms. If we need to exchange confidential information, we will first agree how to protect it, for example with a non-disclosure agreement.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7Links to other websites

The website links to websites run by others, such as our technology partners and our social media channels. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse a website.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai, excluding the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre, have exclusive jurisdiction.

12General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to another Arcsen entity or to a successor business.
