Sitecore Partner in Egypt

Arcsen is a Sitecore partner in Egypt for organizations that serve large audiences on their phones: banks, telecom operators, government entities and travel brands. From our Cairo office, we design, build and migrate websites on SitecoreAI in Egyptian Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic and English, tuned for mid-range phones and mobile data. EgyptAir, Egypt’s flag carrier, is rebuilding its digital front door with us.

Sitecore partner Egypt

Six services, built for Egyptian audiences.

SitecoreAI implementation

New bank, telecom, government and travel sites on SitecoreAI, which Sitecore launched in November 2025 as the evolution of XM Cloud. Light components and one content model serve Arabic and English, the website and the app.

XP or XM to SitecoreAI migration

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs to the end of 2027, so plan the move while your version is supported. Arcsen Ascend is our route to SitecoreAI, and the move is the moment to cut page weight.

Arabic-first and RTL builds

Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and mixed-direction text are designed with real Egyptian content, from product names to addresses and phone numbers. Our guide to Arabic-first Sitecore sets out the checks.

Personalization and search

Page variants can target visitors by time, date, device, geography, visit, referrer or UTM, and point of sale, which suits Ramadan campaigns, offers by device and Egyptians abroad. Our personalization guide covers the XP rebuild, and we tune search for Arabic spelling and Franco-Arabic.

Content operations and AI-assisted authoring

AI drafts and translations follow the same workflow as human edits, and only items in a final state can be published. With Keep workflow state cleared, each AI translation starts in the initial state so a reviewer checks the register first; see our Agentic Studio explainer.

AI search visibility and the Health Check

We write pages that AI assistants can quote in Arabic and English, and our AI visibility service monitors how assistants answer your customers’ questions. If you run Sitecore today, the free Sitecore Health Check reviews your current estate first.

Egypt

What Egyptian websites must get right.

01

The right Arabic for each page

Decide the register for each content type before anyone writes: Modern Standard Arabic for legal, regulated and service text, Egyptian Arabic where your brand speaks that way in campaigns, and English for international customers and investors. Record the choice in the brand kit, and put product names, terms and spellings in its Glossary and Localization section, which tells SitecoreAI how to handle terms across languages in translation, including terms that must stay unchanged.

02

Fast on mid-range phones and mobile data

Set a performance budget for each page type against Google’s Core Web Vitals: Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1. Test on mid-range Android phones over mobile data, compress images, subset Arabic web fonts, and keep chat widgets and tracking scripts out of the first view.

03

Search that understands how Egyptians type

Visitors type Arabic with spelling variants, mix in English terms, and many write Arabic in Latin letters and digits, known as Franco-Arabic. Configure search to normalize Arabic letter forms and to map synonyms across both scripts, then test it with real queries from your contact centre and search logs. Results pages need the same performance budget as the rest of the site.

04

Hand-offs to banking, telecom and government platforms

The website explains, and the transaction platform delivers: online banking and account opening for banks, recharge, bill payment and plan changes in telecom self-care, and government services on the Digital Egypt platform, through which the government is expanding the digitization of its services. Pass the product or service code and the language with each link, and say in both languages what to do when a platform is down; our bank and insurer guide covers onboarding.

Our proof in Egypt

EgyptAir is rebuilding its digital front door with Arcsen.

EgyptAir, Egypt’s flag carrier flying to 93 destinations, is rebuilding its digital front door and passenger CRM with Arcsen, on Sitecore and Salesforce. In October 2026, Sitecore announced that the airline had chosen SitecoreAI to power its main website, country sites and app content, as part of a wider digital transformation project, with the implementation expected to be led by Arcsen.

The announcement adds that agentic AI can help the airline’s team generate content and adapt messaging across languages and channels. That is the model we bring to Egyptian banks, telecom operators and government entities: one content model for many markets and languages, AI drafts that pass human approval, and pages measured on phones. Read our announcement, see how we plan airline websites on SitecoreAI, and where CRM is in scope, see our Salesforce work in Egypt.

How we work

Five stages, run from Cairo.

01

Sitecore Health Check

We start with the free Sitecore Health Check, which reviews your current estate before anyone writes a plan.

02

Discovery and design

Workshops in Cairo or online, in Arabic and English, with content, product, compliance and IT owners. We agree the content model, the register for each content type, the performance budget and the platform hand-offs.

03

Build and migrate

We build light, accessible components and test them on mid-range phones as we go. XP and XM estates move in waves with Arabic parity checks; see Arcsen Ascend and Sitecore Academy.

04

Launch

We rehearse the go-live, publish Arabic and English together and check Core Web Vitals on the live site.

05

Run and improve

After launch, we keep improving the site with you, from Sitecore updates and performance tuning to new campaigns. See Arcsen Exceed and Value Realization.

Questions we get

What Egyptian buyers ask before they choose.

Do you have a Sitecore team in Egypt?

Yes, in Cairo, alongside our Dubai headquarters and offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Doha, with 170+ consultants and 400+ certifications across the company. Our Cairo team delivers in Arabic and English.

What drives the cost of a Sitecore programme in Egypt?

Scope: sites, languages and the apps the content serves, the components, hand-offs to online banking, self-care, CRM and search, performance work and the content to move from XP. We price after a Health Check or discovery.

How long does a SitecoreAI build or migration take?

It depends on scope, content volume and the approvers in each language. We migrate in waves, site by site or section by section, and give a timeline after discovery.

When does support for Sitecore XP end?

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs until the end of 2027, with extended support until the end of 2030, and it released XP 10.5 in August 2026. Check your version and plan the move against those dates.

Should our site use Egyptian Arabic or Modern Standard Arabic?

Usually both, by content type. Modern Standard Arabic suits legal, regulated and service text, Egyptian Arabic suits campaigns where your brand already speaks that way, and the choice belongs in your brand kit so editors and AI translation follow it.
