MuleSoft integration

MuleSoft integration equips businesses to improve efficiency and agility by facilitating data and system integration, workflow automation, and digital experience creation.

Arcsen designs and builds MuleSoft integration for organizations in the Gulf and Egypt, connecting Salesforce to SAP, Oracle Fusion, Infor M3 and the other systems that hold orders, contracts and payments. Built as reusable APIs, each connection serves the next project, and an ERP upgrade no longer breaks every interface around it.

What we build

Every system connected once, and reused after that.

Three layers of APIs

System APIs wrap SAP, Oracle Fusion or Infor M3 once. Process APIs combine them into orders, contracts and payments. Experience APIs serve Salesforce, portals and apps. The next project reuses what already exists.

Data ownership, agreed first

Before any build, we agree with ERP, finance and sales owners which system masters customers, items, prices, credit limits and invoices, and what happens when two systems disagree. Every interface then follows that map.

Salesforce changes as events

Salesforce publishes record changes through Change Data Capture and platform events. We subscribe with MuleSoft’s Salesforce Pub/Sub connector, which MuleSoft recommends for new event integrations, so the ERP hears about a won deal or a closed case as it happens.

Arabic data, end to end

Arabic names, addresses and item descriptions pass through SAP or Oracle Fusion, MuleSoft and Salesforce. We test encoding and field lengths at every hop, so the Arabic name on an invoice matches the one on the CRM record.

One gateway for APIs and agents

MuleSoft Omni Gateway, formerly Flex Gateway, applies one set of policies to API, MCP and LLM traffic. We set authentication, rate limits and logging there, so Agentforce and partner apps reach back-office data under the same rules.

Owned after go-live

Every API is published to Anypoint Exchange with its specification, owner and version. Alerts and runbooks go to your team or our managed services desk, so a failed message is traced to one interface and one owner.

Client work

Integration clients, by name.

How we deliver

Inventory first, then build in parallel.

01

Inventory the interfaces

We list every interface with its systems, volumes, schedule, owner and failure history, including the ones nobody documented. That inventory sets the priorities, the Mule Credit estimate and the order of build.

02

Design the contracts

Each API gets a specification, published to Anypoint Exchange before any code is written, so Salesforce, ERP and partner teams agree fields, error handling and volumes up front.

03

Build and run in parallel

We build in Anypoint Code Builder, test with production-like data in Arabic and English, and run each new interface beside the old one until the results reconcile.

04

Hand over and support

Your team receives the specifications, runbooks and monitoring dashboards, with training on each. Our managed services team can run the integrations day to day, with agreed response times.

Questions we get

Asked by every buyer, answered straight.

How is MuleSoft licensed now?

MuleSoft sells capacity as Mule Credits, a shared unit of consumption across its capabilities. You start from a package, such as Connect Apps or Govern APIs and AI, then buy credits up front, commit to a yearly baseline and pay monthly as you use it, or take uncapped credits at a fixed price. We estimate your interfaces and volumes before you sign.

We run TIBCO. How does a move to MuleSoft work?

Interface by interface. We inventory TIBCO BusinessWorks processes and adapters, rebuild them as MuleSoft APIs, and run old and new side by side until outputs reconcile, then switch each TIBCO process off. MuleSoft’s UNIFY programme lists BusinessWorks 5 and 6 among the platforms it helps customers leave. We are migrating e-finance’s integration layer from TIBCO to MuleSoft.

Does MuleSoft connect to SAP and Oracle Fusion?

Yes. MuleSoft’s certified SAP connector works with SAP ECC over IDoc or BAPI, and its OData and SOAP connectors cover S/4HANA. Oracle Fusion is reached through its published REST and SOAP web services. The harder question is which system owns customers, items and prices, so we settle that before building.

Do we need MuleSoft for one or two integrations?

Not always. One or two simple connections can often use Salesforce’s own integration tools or a direct API call, and we will tell you when that is enough. MuleSoft earns its place when several systems share the same data, when ERP upgrades keep breaking interfaces, or when AI agents need governed access to back-office systems.
