Automotive

Arcsen is a Salesforce consulting partner for the automotive industry across the Middle East. We implement and run Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for OEMs, importers, and dealer groups, connecting vehicle sales, aftersales service, and customer data on one platform, with MuleSoft integration to your DMS and ERP.

Arcsen implements Salesforce for automotive importers, distributors, and dealer groups across the Middle East: lead-to-test-drive sales, aftersales service, and the ownership journeys that decide the next purchase. In Arabic and English.

Where the value is

Cars are sold twice: showroom and service bay.

Lead-to-test-drive

Every enquiry from web, showroom, and campaigns in one pipeline: response clocked in minutes, test drives booked, and lost-deal reasons finally known.

Aftersales that retains

Service bookings, status updates, and recall campaigns run as journeys, so the service bay becomes the loyalty programme.

Dealer network management

Standards, leads, and performance across the network, with every dealer’s funnel visible to the distributor.

Ownership-cycle marketing

Trade-in triggers, warranty-end offers, and model-launch journeys timed to where each owner is in the ownership cycle.

Agentforce for the first mile

Pricing, availability, booking, and service questions answered instantly on WhatsApp, so the enquiry is answered before a rival calls back.

Salesforce industry solutions

Drivers, vehicles and dealers, on Automotive Cloud.

Automotive Cloud links each driver to their vehicles, service history and finance. We connect it to the DMS, such as Keyloop, and run nurture and service reminders on Marketing Cloud.

The regional picture

The distributor model is being rewritten.

01

New brands arrive monthly

EV and Chinese marques are entering through the region’s distributors, and launching a brand now means standing up sales and service operations in months.

02

Agency models shift the data

As manufacturers move closer to customers, distributors that own clean first-party customer data hold their seat at the table.

03

Service revenue is the moat

With margins tightening on metal, parts and service retention carry profitability, and retention is a CRM discipline.

Questions we get

Asked by every distributor, answered straight.

Does this work with our DMS?

Yes, including Autoline. We have integrated Salesforce with Keyloop’s Autoline DMS in production, one of the industry’s tougher integrations, alongside Oracle-based dealer estates. The DMS keeps vehicles, stock, and invoicing; Salesforce runs customers, leads, and journeys.

Can one platform serve multiple brands?

That’s the standard build for distributors: brand-walled processes on shared infrastructure, so each marque gets its own experience without five systems.

Where do we start?

Usually lead management, which is measurable within a month. Talk to the team about sequencing aftersales next.
