Manufacturing

Arcsen is a Salesforce consulting partner for manufacturers across the Middle East. We implement Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, digitizing sales agreements, demand forecasting, partner management, and aftersales service, with MuleSoft integration to ERP systems and Tableau dashboards for operations.

Arcsen implements Salesforce for manufacturers and industrial groups across the Middle East: Manufacturing Cloud for sales agreements and demand visibility, dealer and distributor management, and aftersales service that defends margin.

Where the value is

The factory is efficient. Is the front office?

Sales agreements & forecasts

Manufacturing Cloud ties contracted volumes to actual orders, so account teams and planners work from the same number.

Dealer & distributor management

Partner performance, pricing, and claims in one system, so the channel is managed on data.

Aftersales & warranty

Claims, service requests, and spare-parts cases with clocks and owners, turning aftersales into a measured profit line.

Field service

Scheduling and mobile work orders for installation and maintenance crews, with first-time fix tracked and customer downtime cut.

Install-base intelligence

Data 360 joins equipment, service history and contacts, so upgrades and contracts are sold on the install base you actually have.

Salesforce industry solutions

Agreements, forecasts and after-sales, on Manufacturing Cloud.

Manufacturing Cloud plans sales against agreements and forecasts by account. We add quoting, warranty and dealer portals, and connect it to SAP, Infor or Oracle through MuleSoft.

The regional picture

Industrial strategy is loud here.

01

Diversification programmes fund factories

National industrial strategies across the Gulf are building capacity fast, and new plants compete on service and channel reach as much as on price.

02

Localization changes the buyer

In-country value rules pull procurement decisions local. Suppliers who manage relationships and compliance visibly win the tender rematch.

03

Service is the new margin

With products commoditizing, contracts, parts, and uptime carry the profit. That business runs on CRM discipline.

Questions we get

Asked by every manufacturer, answered straight.

Does this replace our ERP?

No. ERP keeps orders and inventory. Salesforce runs the commercial layer (accounts, agreements, service and channel), integrated with ERP where they meet.

We sell through distributors. Does CRM still matter?

It matters more. Partner portals, shared pipeline, and claims visibility are how you stay close to end customers you never invoice.

Where is the fastest win?

Usually aftersales: warranty and service cases structured in weeks and measurable from day one. Talk to the team.
