Sitecore Partner in the UAE

Arcsen is a Sitecore partner in the UAE for organizations that publish in Arabic and English at the same quality: government entities and free zones, real estate developers, banks, airlines and retail groups. From our Dubai headquarters, we design, build and migrate SitecoreAI websites to the accessibility level the UAE’s national policy sets. They hand off cleanly to sign-in services, hold up through Ramadan, Eid and White Friday peaks, and give AI search answers to cite in both languages.

Sitecore partner UAE

Six services, one standard in both languages.

SitecoreAI implementation

New sites for government entities, free zones, developers, banks, airlines and retailers on SitecoreAI, which Sitecore launched in November 2025 as the evolution of XM Cloud. One content model serves both languages, with shared components, approvals and release dates.

XP or XM to SitecoreAI migration

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs to the end of 2027, so plan the move while your version is supported and clear of peak seasons. Arcsen Ascend is our route to SitecoreAI, with Arabic and English parity checked page by page.

Arabic-first and RTL builds

Arabic gets the same design attention as English: right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, mixed-direction text, digits and currency. Our guide to Arabic-first Sitecore sets out the checks.

Personalization and search

Page variants can target visitors by time, date, device, geography, visit, referrer or UTM, and point of sale, which suits Ramadan offers, White Friday campaigns, launches and visitors from abroad. Our personalization guide covers the XP rebuild, and we tune search for both languages.

Content operations and AI-assisted authoring

AI drafts and translations follow the same workflow as human edits, and only items in a final state can be published. With Keep workflow state cleared, each AI translation starts in the initial state for a native reviewer in each language; see our Agentic Studio explainer.

AI search visibility and the Health Check

We write pages that AI assistants can quote in Arabic and English, and our AI visibility service monitors how assistants answer your buyers’ questions. If you run Sitecore today, the free Sitecore Health Check reviews your current estate first.

The UAE

What UAE websites must get right.

01

Accessibility to the national policy

The UAE’s National Policy for Digital Accessibility states that all public service sites must comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1, and federal entities must publish a digital accessibility statement on their websites and apps. Local government, semi-government and private entities are asked to make their best efforts to comply, and the TDRA’s UAE Design System instructs federal entities to comply with a AA rating. We build and test every component to AA in both languages.

02

Arabic and English at the same quality

Bilingual sites drift when one language trails the other. Approve both languages for every change, publish them in the same release, and keep English fallback off Arabic pages. Put official names of entities, services and projects in the brand kit’s Glossary and Localization section, which tells SitecoreAI how terms are handled across languages in translation.

03

Clean hand-offs to transactional services

Where a page links to a transactional service, people sign in on that service, for example with UAE PASS, the national digital identity that also works with private and semi-government services such as banking and telecom. The website hands off with a start button that carries the service and language, and a bilingual holding message for when the portal is down; see our government and free zone guide.

04

Peaks you can plan for

Retail groups peak around Ramadan, Eid and White Friday, and developers around launches. Editors can schedule each version, and Sitecore notes that you must still publish the page or site when each date starts, so name the person who publishes. Dubai property adverts must also include a QR code that lets investors verify the property data, so model it once per project; our developer website guide has the detail.

05

Bilingual answers for AI search

Residents, investors and visitors ask AI assistants about services, fees and launches in both languages, and the answers quote pages that state facts plainly. Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode: pages must be indexed and eligible for a snippet, with structured data that matches the visible text. State fees in page text, and keep Arabic and English facts identical.

Regional proof

EgyptAir is rebuilding its digital front door with Arcsen.

EgyptAir, Egypt’s flag carrier flying to 93 destinations, is rebuilding its digital front door and passenger CRM with Arcsen. In October 2026, Sitecore announced that SitecoreAI will power the airline’s main website, country sites and app content, with the implementation expected to be led by Arcsen (read our announcement). The model, one platform for many markets in two languages, fits UAE airlines, developers and retailers; where CRM is in scope too, see our Salesforce work in the UAE.

How we work

Five stages, led from Dubai.

01

Sitecore Health Check

We start with the free Sitecore Health Check, which reviews your current estate before procurement starts.

02

Discovery and design

Workshops in Dubai, at your offices or online, in Arabic and English, with content, service, legal and IT owners. We agree the content model, approvals per language and portal hand-offs, mapped to the UAE Design System where you use it.

03

Build and migrate

We build each component to AA and test it in both languages as we go. XP and XM estates move in waves with parity checks; see Arcsen Ascend and Sitecore Academy.

04

Launch

We rehearse the go-live, publish both languages together and check the live pages on phones, timing launches to the announced hour.

05

Run and improve

After launch, we keep improving the site with you, from Sitecore updates and accessibility re-tests to seasonal campaigns. See Arcsen Exceed and Value Realization.

Questions we get

What UAE buyers ask before they choose.

Where is your Sitecore team in the UAE?

Our headquarters is in Dubai, with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and Cairo, and 170+ consultants and 400+ certifications across the company. Workshops and reviews run in Arabic and English.

What drives the cost of a Sitecore programme in the UAE?

Scope: sites, languages and components, hand-offs to portals, CRM, commerce and search, remediation to the national accessibility policy, and the content to move from XP. We price after a Health Check or discovery.

How long does a SitecoreAI build or migration take?

It depends on scope, content volume and your approvals in each language. We plan around fixed dates such as Ramadan campaigns and launches, migrate in waves and give a timeline after discovery.

When does support for Sitecore XP end?

Sitecore says mainstream support for XP and XM 10.4 runs until the end of 2027, with extended support until the end of 2030, and it released XP 10.5 in August 2026. Check your version, then plan the move against those dates and your peak seasons.

Can SitecoreAI run Arabic and English sites at the same quality?

Yes, if you design for it. Each language is its own version with its own review, so approve and publish both together, keep English fallback off Arabic pages, and build right-to-left layouts into the front end.
