Arcsen joins Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network

Arcsen, a Salesforce Summit partner headquartered in Dubai with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and Cairo, now holds the Forward Deployed Engineering designation in the Salesforce Partner Network, shown on its official AppExchange listing. That makes Arcsen part of Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network. The same listing shows its Summit tier as a consulting partner and its Pledge 1% commitment.

For customers, the designation means our Agentforce engagements run on the same delivery methodology as Salesforce’s own FDE team, with engineers who stay accountable for adoption after go-live and a direct line to the Salesforce product teams behind the technology.

What the FDE Partner Network is

With the FDE Partner Network, Salesforce is extending its internal engineering methodology to a select group of partners worldwide, to help customers move from AI ambition to agents in production. Salesforce says Partner FDEs work with a Product Owner mindset: they “own outcomes beyond go-live” and are accountable for measurable consumption and adoption. The network also gives partners a direct link to Salesforce’s internal product teams, to de-risk deployments and solve complex data challenges.

Each Partner FDE completes training before becoming a Salesforce-ready FDE. The network page says it includes about 80 hours of on-demand prerequisites, a two-day in-person workshop and a final hands-on assignment. Once deployed on a customer engagement, a Partner FDE gets access to Salesforce’s centre of excellence for Agentforce partners, for technical expert services through implementation and adoption.

What changes for customers in the Gulf and Egypt

On a Partner FDE engagement, Salesforce says, engineers work side by side with the customer in a sprint from a priority use case to a live, compliant agent. Our Agentforce engagements now run on that model. The table follows the example delivery model on Salesforce’s page, stage by stage, with what our team adds for service in Arabic and English, regulated industries and the systems of record common in the region.

FDE stage What the customer gets What Arcsen’s team does
Solution architecture design A design, agreed before any code is written and aligned to Salesforce best practices, of how the agent connects to enterprise data, which permissions govern its actions and where compliance controls sit Maps the records the agent needs in Salesforce and in ERP, core banking or government systems, and agrees the controls with your risk and security teams
Agentic design A blueprint of every decision, action and escalation path, with trust guardrails and compliance checks built in before the build begins Writes the agent’s job, actions and handover rules on a one-page charter, with answers and handovers designed in Arabic and English
Go-live and post-activation hypercare Engineers who stay engaged after launch, resolving issues that only surface in production and tuning the agent for sustained performance Reviews real conversations in both languages, fixes what they reveal and reports progress to your business owner
Adoption and change management Plans for readiness, onboarding and long-term use, because an agent that users do not trust fails Prepares the staff and supervisors who work alongside the agent, and tracks adoption with you after launch
Before the first sprint: agree the priority use case, which systems and permissions the agent may touch, and who on your side owns adoption after launch. These decisions shape every stage in the table.

Our delivery is Arabic-first, so Arabic starts at the agentic design stage: we write and test the same scenarios in both languages, and every Arabic request the agent cannot serve has a route to an Arabic-speaking person. In financial services, healthcare and the public sector, the controls set in solution architecture follow the customer’s own rules on consent, identity checks and audit, and compliance signs them off before the build starts.

How to start

You can also start with your Salesforce account team. Salesforce’s FDE Partner Network page asks customers to work with their account team to identify the Partner FDE Network firm that fits their needs, and the account team connects them with it.
