We were an Emerald Sponsor of Agentforce World Tour Dubai, Salesforce’s one-day event held on 28 May 2025 at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre. The programme offered expert-led sessions, live demos, hands-on training areas for building AI agents, and time to meet peers. Our consultants spent the day on our stand, showing visitors how they use Salesforce to get roll-outs live sooner and give clients a sharper view of their data. In the afternoon, two of them took a breakout stage to show what AI looks like for car dealers, from the first test-drive enquiry to after-sales loyalty.
Our session
Yahia Hassanein, Consulting Manager, and Farah ElAassar, Consulting Lead, presented “Accelerating the Automotive Customer Journey through Agentforce AI + Salesforce Automotive Cloud: Showroom, Sales, & Aftersales Workshop” on Breakout Stage 2 at 15:40. They promised real-world stories, live demos and practical tips for bringing AI into every point where a dealer meets a driver. One slide set out the pressure dealers are under: retaining high-value customers, the shift to electric vehicles and more complex buying behaviour, and a lack of real-time insight into customers and vehicles.

From showroom to after-sales, in four parts
Salesforce describes Automotive Cloud as a CRM for the automotive industry that brings driver and vehicle data together, so every touchpoint across sales and service sits on one platform. The session followed a customer across that platform in four parts.
1. The showroom
Yahia Hassanein walked through a hands-on showroom flow. The enquiry is captured as a lead the moment it arrives, and the sales executive builds the offer inside the dealership while the customer is still there, which shortens the traditional handover. In a Salesforce estate, leads and offers sit in Sales Cloud, and the campaigns that bring buyers to the showroom run from Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
2. One view of the driver and the vehicle
Farah ElAassar demonstrated a 360-degree view of the driver and the vehicle, with real-time telematics and the service history together in one console. A service adviser who sees both can recommend extra work with confidence, because the evidence is on screen. On Salesforce, advisers work from Service Cloud, and data held in other systems, such as telematics feeds and the dealer management system, can reach the console through MuleSoft integration.

3. Agentforce for service and sales
Agentforce then put the same records to work. Predictive maintenance prompts flag a vehicle that is likely to need attention, so the dealer can contact the driver first, and AI-generated next-best actions tell the sales team what to do next with each customer. When the work happens away from the workshop, such as a mobile service visit, Field Service schedules and dispatches the technician.
4. The dealer network
The last part moved from one dealership to the whole network, with live dashboards showing stock-turn hotspots and trends in customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores. On Salesforce, that view usually comes from Tableau, reading the same records the showroom and the workshop create. The hall was full, and the Q&A ran long.

Why we start with the data
Every part of the session read from the same driver and vehicle records. A predictive maintenance prompt is only as good as the service history and telematics behind it, and a showroom offer depends on accurate stock and pricing. That is why our automotive work starts with the data. For dealers already on Salesforce, a Salesforce Health Check shows the state of the org, and an Agentforce Readiness Assessment picks the first agent use cases and checks the data each one needs.
Our automotive work
Our automotive clients include Abdul Latif Jameel, Aljomaih Automotive, Alfardan Automotive, Al Jazirah Vehicles (AJVA) and AW Rostamani.
Thank you to Salesforce, to everyone who visited our stand, and to everyone who came to the session.

What did Arcsen present at Agentforce World Tour Dubai 2025?
Arcsen, an Emerald Sponsor of the event, presented a session on Agentforce and Salesforce Automotive Cloud for car dealers on 28 May 2025 at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre. Yahia Hassanein and Farah ElAassar covered lead capture and offers, one view of driver and vehicle, predictive maintenance prompts and dealer network dashboards.
What is Salesforce Automotive Cloud?
Salesforce’s CRM for the automotive industry. It brings driver and vehicle data together so that sales and service teams work from the same records, covers areas such as leases, warranties and claims, and gives automotive partners secure access to the same data.
How can Agentforce help car dealers?
It can prompt service teams when a vehicle is likely to need maintenance and suggest next-best actions to sales teams, working from the driver and vehicle records in Salesforce. Those prompts depend on complete service history and telematics data, so start with the data.
