Zahid Group is live on Salesforce — delivered with Arcsen

Zahid Group — the Jeddah-headquartered Saudi group whose companies include Zahid Tractor, Caterpillar’s dealer in the Kingdom — has gone live on its new Salesforce platform. Arcsen was the group’s Salesforce implementation partner for the programme.

Behind the launch sit months of joint work: discovery workshops, design decisions, data migration, testing and enablement — two teams operating as one. The platform marks a milestone in the group’s Enabling a Better Tomorrow agenda.

“Successful transformation is never about technology alone, it is about people, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.”
