At the Egypt Global Offshoring Summit in Cairo, Arcsen signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ITIDA — Egypt’s Information Technology Industry Development Agency — in a ceremony held under the auspices of H.E. Dr Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, and H.E. Dr Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
Our founder and CEO Mohamed Abdelsalam signed with Ahmed Elzaher, CEO of ITIDA, in the presence of Mohammed AlKhotani, Salesforce Senior Vice President for the Middle East. Arcsen signed alongside Accenture, Alorica, Almaviva Group, Alshaya Group and ADCB.

What the MoU is for
A national push to build world-class Salesforce capability from Egypt to the world: investing in Egyptian talent, creating high-value jobs, and positioning Egypt as a regional hub for AI-powered CRM and digital transformation. The work runs together with the Information Technology Institute (ITI), led by Dr Heba Saleh.

Why it matters
Cairo is one of our five delivery cities, and some of our largest programmes — EgyptAir’s platform among them — are built by Egyptian engineers. This MoU connects that delivery record, and the Arcsen Academy’s talent pipeline, to a national agenda.
“Proud of our team and partners for turning this vision into reality — and this is just the beginning,” our CEO wrote in the announcement.
