Salesforce and Arcsen sponsor Cairo ICT 2025 together

Salesforce and Arcsen sponsored Cairo ICT 2025 together, on a joint stand at the international technology fair and forum for the Middle East and Africa. We were the only partner sponsoring with Salesforce. In a LinkedIn post the week before, Salesforce invited visitors to meet us at the stand in Hall 1, Stand 1F2. The 29th edition ran from 16 to 19 November at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, with more than 500 exhibitors and the theme “AI Everywhere”. Our team worked the stand with Salesforce’s for all four days.

Why Cairo matters to us

Cairo is home to one of our delivery teams, so the fair put the people who build our clients’ systems in the same halls as Egyptian companies and public bodies. Most of the conversations were about the same thing: putting AI agents to work on top of customer platforms that already serve people in Arabic and English.

On the stand

Salesforce built the stand around Agentforce, its platform for AI agents, under a banner that invited visitors to start building their agentic enterprise. Stations covered Sales, Service, Field Service, MuleSoft and Tableau: the CRM, integration and analytics that agents draw on. For us that is the useful part of the message, because an agent can only be as good as the customer records, case history and connected systems it can reach.

Our own invitation asked visitors to book time with our team and see how Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack and Tableau connect sales, service, marketing and operations from end to end.

On the final day, Salesforce posted a last call to meet its team and ours, describing a single platform where its AI agents work with CRM and live data.

Visitors to the stand

Mohammed AlKhotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Middle East at Salesforce, joined our CEO, Mohamed Abdelsalam, at the stand.

Egypt’s Prime Minister, Dr Mostafa Madbouly, opened the fair on 16 November. After the opening, he toured the exhibition halls with Dr Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and their tour included the Salesforce stand.

What it means for Egyptian organizations

The fair’s theme was AI Everywhere. Inside an organization, agents arrive one task at a time. In our Agentforce work, five things decide whether the first one earns its place:

  • A task with a clear finish. Rebooking a flight, updating a case or scheduling a field visit either happened or did not, which makes the agent easy to measure.
  • Clean records. An agent answers from the data it can see. Duplicate customers, empty fields and stale cases become wrong answers, so the data work comes first.
  • Arabic as customers write it. Customers in Egypt often write in Egyptian Arabic, in Arabic typed with Latin letters, or in English, sometimes all three in one message. Test with real messages from your own channels before launch.
  • A clear handover. Decide which requests the agent must pass to a person, and give that person the whole conversation so the customer never has to repeat it.
  • Connected systems. Reservations, billing and field schedules often sit outside the CRM. An agent can act on them only through integration, which is the job MuleSoft does on the Salesforce platform.

Government entities need two more. Publish, in Arabic first, what the agent can and cannot do for the public, and keep a record of every conversation and its outcome so any answer can be reviewed later. Our public sector and Agentforce pages explain how we work.
