Where the value is
Insurance is a promise, kept at claim time.
Claims intake and FNOL
First notice of loss by app, web, WhatsApp or phone, in Arabic and English. Each claim is created, numbered and routed to the right handler by rule.
Policy service and renewals
Endorsements, cancellations and renewals run as tracked requests, with reminders timed to each policy’s expiry and a named owner for every lapse.
Broker and agent portals
Experience Cloud portals where brokers and agents see their clients’ policies, claims and service requests, with performance dashboards and shared knowledge.
Medical member service
Approvals, claims questions, network queries and complaints as structured cases with service clocks, on one member view across policy, claims and contact history.
Agentforce with guardrails
AI agents answer coverage questions, take FNOL details and report claim status to verified customers. Coverage, liability and settlement stay with your claims handlers.
Quote and buy online
Product pages, disclosures and quote forms on SitecoreAI under compliance workflow. Every quote lands in Salesforce for follow-up and Marketing Cloud renewal journeys.
Policy, claims and brokers, on Financial Services Cloud.
Salesforce’s insurance products sit inside Financial Services Cloud. Most insurers keep policy administration and claims as the system of record and connect them through MuleSoft, with Data 360 joining that data into one customer profile.
- Digital InsuranceProduct catalogue, rating, quote-to-bind and the policy lifecycle from issuance to renewal. Claims Management covers FNOL intake, adjudication, reserves and payments, and Group Benefits covers census, quotes and enrolment.

More cover, fewer insurers, closer supervision.
Mandatory cover keeps widening
The UAE made health cover mandatory for private-sector staff and domestic workers in every emirate in January 2025. Saudi Arabia’s insurance strategy targets 23 million health beneficiaries and 16 million insured vehicles.
New rulebooks, bigger balance sheets
Saudi Arabia’s Insurance Authority has supervised all insurance since March 2024 and approved insurer mergers in 2025. Egypt raised minimum capital about tenfold. Merged books need one customer view.
Brokers and screens sell the cover
Brokers placed 47% of Saudi premiums in 2025, up from 44%. Moody’s notes that comparison platforms push business to the cheapest operators, so insurers keep customers through service and renewal.
Questions we get
Asked by every insurer, answered straight.
Does Salesforce replace our policy administration or claims system?
Usually it sits on top of them. Policy administration, claims and IFRS 17 reporting stay in your core and finance systems, connected through MuleSoft. For a new line or a digital brand, Digital Insurance can run policy and claims itself. We will say plainly which fits.
Can an AI agent decide a claim?
No. An agent can verify the policyholder, collect loss details and photos, create the claim and give the claim number. Coverage, liability and settlement stay with the claims handler, and every hand-over is logged.
How do brokers and agents fit in?
Brokers and agents get an Experience Cloud portal to track their clients’ policies, claims and requests. Broker firms can run their own book on Financial Services Cloud for Insurance Brokerages, with agency management data brought in through MuleSoft.
Do you work with takaful operators?
Yes. Boubyan Takaful is a client. Takaful has its own structures: contributions, participants, and separate participant and shareholder funds. We model these in Financial Services Cloud from the start, with Arabic labels and case categories.
How do you handle Arabic?
Arabic-speaking consultants on every project, Arabic labels and case categories in Salesforce, and Arabic pages approved before release on SitecoreAI. We test every agent on real conversations in Gulf dialects before launch.
Where should an insurer start?
With claims intake or motor renewals on one line of business. Both have clear volumes and owners. Our Agentforce readiness assessment scopes three use cases in ten working days and ends with a 90-day pilot plan. To discuss it first, talk to the team.
Settle the claim. Keep the policyholder.
