Summary:
Rutford is a global Salesforce consulting firm across EMEA with focus on Middle East. We have been growing 2x for the past 3 years and we are looking for a top candidate that would be the HR & Operations Associate.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Operations Associate to support our HR and operations functions. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our company’s daily activities.
Responsibilities:
– Human resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
- Assist in HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues when necessary.
– Operations:
- Collaborate with various departments to support administrative tasks and operational processes.
- Assist in facilities management, including office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for company events or meetings.
- Assist in maintaining and improving operational workflows and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- From 1-3 years of experience in the HR field.
- Previous experience or internship in HR and operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
