Air Cairo — Case Study

Air Cairo is a Cairo-based airline affiliated with EgyptAir. In 2026 it signed a CRM agreement with Arcsen to implement Salesforce as the system that holds its passenger relationships — records, service, and the operational reporting around them.

Programme scope

What is being built.

One passenger record

Bookings, requests, and history on a single record per passenger, replacing separate lists held by different teams.

Service as cases

Complaints and requests handled as cases with owners, deadlines, and reporting — across the call centre, email, and digital channels.

Built to extend

The same platform can later carry marketing journeys and loyalty without re-implementation. That step is the client’s to take once the base is proven.

How delivery runs

The working method.

01

A scoped first phase

The first release covers core CRM and service handling. Further phases are planned against what the data shows, not assumptions.

02

Arabic and English

Case categories, templates, and passenger communications are built in both languages from the start.

03

A shared aviation playbook

The team applies delivery patterns from the EgyptAir programme, sized to Air Cairo’s operation.
