EgyptAir — Case Study

EgyptAir is Egypt’s national carrier and a Star Alliance member — the only one based in the Middle East and North Africa — flying to 93 destinations in 56 countries. In 2026, the airline selected Arcsen to rebuild its passenger-facing platforms: the website experience on Sitecore, and the customer relationship layer on Salesforce.

Programme scope

What is being built.

egyptair.com on Sitecore

A rebuilt website: new content architecture, Arabic and English editions managed from one system, and page performance tuned for mobile connections.

Passenger CRM on Salesforce

One passenger record across bookings, service requests, and loyalty activity, so contact-centre agents and marketing teams work from the same data.

Systems integration

Both platforms connect to the airline’s existing reservation, loyalty, and operational systems. Integration is scoped per release rather than left to the end.

How delivery runs

The working method.

01

Phased releases

The programme is split into releases with defined scope. Each goes live and is measured before the next begins.

02

Two languages, one build

Arabic and English are developed and tested together in every release, including right-to-left layouts and Arabic editorial workflows.

03

Cairo delivery, Dubai leadership

Engineering is staffed from Arcsen’s Cairo hub; architecture and programme management sit in Dubai — the client’s own time zones.

Questions

About this engagement.

Where was this announced?

The engagement is public — see the announcement. The scope above matches it; anything beyond stays private until the client clears it.

What results can you share?

None publicly yet — the programme is in delivery. Metrics will be added to this page when EgyptAir approves them. Reference conversations can be arranged for serious evaluations.

Does Arcsen work with other airlines?

Yes — Air Cairo runs its CRM agreement with Arcsen, and the aviation practice covers passenger CRM, loyalty, disruption service, and digital experience.
