Arcsen builds Experience Cloud portals where customers, partners and suppliers in the Gulf and Egypt sign in, make requests and follow them in Arabic or English. Each portal runs on the same Salesforce org as your service and sales teams, so every request reaches a named team with a deadline.
What we build
One front door for customers, partners and suppliers.
Arabic portals that read right to left
Salesforce supports right-to-left layout only in part: limited support for standard components on LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) sites, and custom CSS on Aura sites. We choose the template with that in mind, build Arabic and English pages together, and test every component in both languages.
UAE Pass sign-in
UAE Pass runs as a Salesforce authentication provider, with a registration handler that links people on the UAE Pass identifier and a verified Emirates ID. We start onboarding early, because UAE Pass approves each channel before it reaches production.
Requests with a case behind them
Customers raise requests, upload documents, pay fees through your payment gateway and follow progress on the same Service Cloud case your team works. Articles in both languages answer routine questions before anyone opens a request.
Partner and supplier portals
Distributors, dealers, brokers and suppliers see their own accounts, leads, orders, invoices and documents. Partner roles, sharing rules and sharing sets control that access, and every partner request reaches an owner on your side.
Agentforce in the portal
An Agentforce service agent can sit in the portal’s chat window through Enhanced Chat, answer from your knowledge base in Arabic or English, and pass the conversation to a person when a request needs one.
Security before every release
We give guest users public pages only, and external users the records their role needs and nothing more. Sharing, guest access and external licences are reviewed before every release, because a portal exposes mistakes internal users never see.
Client work
Portals for customers, suppliers, partners and public services.
How we deliver
Identity first, then services in releases.
Assess the org behind it
A portal opens your org to outsiders, so we start with the free Salesforce Health Check: security, automation, data quality and licences scored in ten working days, in a report that is yours to keep.
Design services and sign-in
We list the services, the user types and what each may see, then design sign-in. UAE Pass onboarding starts here, since its approvals can run alongside the build.
Launch the first services
The first release carries sign-in, case tracking and the most requested services in Arabic and English. More services, payments and Agentforce follow in later releases, each tested by real users first.
Run and extend
Our managed services team keeps the portal current through Salesforce’s three releases a year, adds services as you publish them, and reviews guest and external access after each change.
Questions we get
Asked by every buyer, answered straight.
Which Experience Cloud licences do we need?
Salesforce sells customer and partner licences, by named member or by login. Large customer portals usually run on customer licences, while partners who manage leads, opportunities or orders need partner licences. People who sign in a few times a month often cost less on login-based licences. We model the mix before you buy.
Can the portal use UAE Pass or Nafath for sign-in?
UAE Pass, yes: it runs as an authentication provider with a registration handler once your entity completes UAE Pass onboarding, and private entities need a valid UAE trade licence. For Nafath we found no public integration specification, so we confirm eligibility and the onboarding route with the operator before design starts.
Will the portal work properly in Arabic?
Yes, with planning. A site can serve Arabic and English with a language selector, and Salesforce translates standard labels into Arabic. Your page content, articles and notifications still need translating, which we do with your team, and every component is tested right to left before launch.
How long does it take to replace an existing portal?
It depends on the number of services, the identity setup and the integrations behind them. El-Araby Group moved from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce and runs self-service visits on Experience Cloud. We usually launch the most used services first, move users in a planned cut-over and retire the old portal once requests stop arriving.
